I am not a begger. My husband and I both work and if we dont have 2700.00 by Thursday June 21, 2007 they will come and get our truck and evict us from our home. My daughter is a single mother and needs our help. My son has just graduated high school and we dont have the money for his tuition. They say that he isnt eligable for assistance as we make to much money.. What they dont know is that my husbands wages have been garanshied and I dont make that much. We are over 30,000.00 i debt for medical bills. We already lost our home and are now renting, but cannot even make our bills. We have made a very painful decision and that is we have to eliminate our debt and the only way I know how is to file bankruptcy. I am not proud of that, but it seems to be the only solution. We cant even come up with the money to pay the lawyer and if we dont pay by thursday they will not continue with the case and we will loose al we have already pd. I have given up my car and now we share a vehicle to ride to work. If we dont get the money we will loose this vehicle as well. If i can get ride of some of this debt we can make it. Therre is no help that youcan get when you work. If we both sat at home and didnt work then we could get help but because we work we cannot get any help.
